Audio Pro, the Swedish audio company known for its stylish speakers, has teamed up with WiiM, a major player in multi-room audio, to create something special. Their new “W-generation” speakers are a complete overhaul of Audio Pro’s existing lineup, with improved acoustics and, most importantly, the ability to work with WiiM’s excellent streaming app.
This is a game-changer for Audio Pro. The WiiM app is known for its intuitive interface, and it gives these speakers advanced features like customizable EQ, room tuning, and enhanced multi-room capabilities. It also expands streaming support to include a wide range of services like Spotify, Tidal, and Amazon Music.
The W-generation lineup includes ten different models, ranging from compact tabletop speakers to large floorstanding ones. While you can’t upgrade existing Audio Pro speakers, the new W-generation models are backward compatible.
