Jeep is serious about electric vehicles. So much so, the off-road brand unveiled it’s plans for four new all-electric SUVs.
The most interesting vehicle in Jeep’s roadmap is the Recon, an ultra-rugged, Wrangler-inspired SUV. More modern and boxy than the Wrangler, the Recon EV will get removable doors and glass, Selec-Terrain traction management, under-body protection, tow-hooks, off-road tires, and a one-touch powertop.
Jeep’s also adding to the Wagoneer family with the sleek and sporty Wagoneer S. It’ll be a premium SUV with a range of 400 miles while producing 600 hp and a 0-60 time of 3.5 seconds.
Both the Jeep Recon and Wagoneer S will arrive in 2024 with reservations starting in 2023 for the North American market.
