For Sonos lovers, the Victrola Stream Onyx Turntable might be the ultimate play. It is Sonos-certified to effortlessly stream records to your Sonos system.
Victrola’s latest comes in all-black design with a two-speed, belt-driven metal platter, metal tonearm equipped with an Audio-Technica VM95E moving magnetic cartridge, and a glowing knob that serves as a volume control for the whole system.
It is even equipped with traditional RCA outputs for connection to non-Sonos speakers, should your listening setup change.
Similar to Victrola’s Stream Carbon, the Stream Onyx costs $599 — about 25-percent less than the Carbon — making it a relatively affordable Sonos-compatible turntable.
